The Venezuelan government realizes the desperate need for housing in their country and makes a concerted effort to change that. They put 100,000 people without houses into a home. Essentially that is what a government is what is supposed to do for their people; help them be comfortable in the country they live in.

From the relatively stable GDP we can easily tell that Chile has not changed a lot during the years. It kept on doing its own job and keep the country afloat. Safety is guaranteed in this country because of the "never-changing" GDP. It is also easier to develop cities with a constant and guaranteed income. Uruguay progressed a lot throughout the past 3 years. They managed to raise the amount of GDP which is a good tendency. They can easily improve infrastructure with the money they have.
From the GDP of Paraguay we can tell that a slight depression hit the market of Paraguay in 2009, but they could come out of it and show an unprecedented effort to do well in the future. Their GDP has grown recently.
